Responsibilities of the position would include supervising remediation contractors, conducting remediation system operation and maintenance activities, conducting environmental site assessments, and assisting in the design of remediation/treatment systems. The successful applicant can expect to work on a wide variety of projects involving a broad range of physical, biological, and chemical remediation technologies for chlorinated solvents, hydrocarbons, and metals. The position requires an EIT and a BS in Environmental, Civil, Geological, or Chemical Engineering. The candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills, and show an ability to work independently and demonstrate a high level of initiative.
