PRE-ACQUISITION DUE DILIGENCE - PHASE I/II INVESTIGATIONS

LBG's staff has conducted Phase I due diligence investigations on oil and gas properties in most of the energy producing states. LBG has been successful in the identification and evaluation of environmental defects that are critical to property assessment prior to acquisition.

• Preparation of summary reports for management and investors, including cost of potential environmental risk associated with the property
